Description
This hands-on experience guides you through transforming natural materials into your personal instrument. You start by sanding and painting a 40-cm wooden frame, customizing it with your preferred colors and protected with lacquer.
While the cowhide soaks to prepare for stretching, you select dyes to personalize the leather. Then you learn to weave and tension the leather over the frame using riveting tools and colored threads to shape your drum’s sound.
No previous experience is required—just bring your curiosity and willingness to create.
