Your host, Lenica, is a certified spirits curator passionate about Mexican liquid heritage. Based in Roma, she travels remote villages in Oaxaca, Michoacán, and Guerrero to source independent mezcaleros producing exceptional small-batch mezcals.
This masterclass offers a sensory journey through mezcal’s history, mysticism, and complex crafting process. Held away from street noise, the session begins with a palate-awakening ritual followed by guided tasting and education.
