At a charming Condesa home, your knowledgeable chef-guide introduces you to the wide variety of Mexican tamales. You will prepare two different types from scratch during this interactive class.

After about an hour, set the table with beautiful, locally made dinnerware and enjoy freshly steamed tamales. This includes a classic green tamal with a tangy tomatillo filling and a fresh corn tamal, balanced by a smoky chipotle salsa you prepare yourself.

The experience accommodates dietary requirements. Mexican alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are provided throughout the workshop.
