- Historic Downtown Route: 19 stops highlighting Mexico City’s central plaza, El Zócalo, and key historical landmarks. Operates daily from 9 am to 7 pm, with buses every 30 minutes. Stops include Auditorio, Museo del Arte Moderno, Condesa, Casa Lamm, Monumento a la Independencia, Zócalo, Museo Franz Mayer, and more.
- Polanco Route: Seven stops showcasing upscale shopping areas and contemporary architecture. Runs daily from Auditorio at set times between 10 am and 5:30 pm. Stops include Auditorio, Campos Elíseos, Centro Comercial Antara, Museo Soumaya, and Museo del Papalote.
- South Route: Nineteen stops focusing on bohemian neighborhoods, archeology, and colonial architecture. Runs daily from 11 am to 7 pm with frequencies between 30 and 60 minutes. Stops include Mercado Roma, Museo Frida Kahlo, Coyoacán, Centro Cultural San Ángel, and UNAM.
