Join a knowledgeable chef and guide at their Condesa home to explore the rich history of cacao. After a brief introduction, you will roast and grind cacao beans using a traditional metate, just as the Mayans and Aztecs did.
Next, create your own hot chocolate by blending it with various traditional Mesoamerican flavors including chile, achiote, and avocado leaf. Enjoy the unique beverage alongside a carefully prepared dessert, served on artisanal tableware for a complete experience.
