The tour opens the way locals start any long walk in this city: at La Michoacana, the classic Mexican shop for aguas frescas in every flavor. You choose yours and carry it with you — the perfect counterweight to salsa, heat, and three hours of taco eating. From there, your host takes over as storyteller. He doesn't hand you a printed itinerary. The four stops are a surprise: he reveals each one as you walk, along with the story of why this place matters to the neighborhood, what to order, and how to eat it properly. You'll try a spread across the classics — al pastor, suadero, campechano, tacos de canasta — and vegetarian options are available at every stop on request. One taco per person is included at each of the four spots. If something floors you, order more; the host will tell you honestly when to save room and when to double down.
