The regions of Italy are diverse and rich in cuisine and winemaking. In Quattro, in addition to their basic menu, they also offer special regional menus. The regions change monthly, ranging from north to south or seasonally, depending on what fresh ingredients are currently in Italy. Starting in November, they offer a menu from Piedmont, the home of our chefs and their kitchen, in which we will present the White Tartufo de Alba.
