- This tour is available for hotels from Vidanta Resort to Tulum. This tour is not available for the Cancun area. The activity provider provides a pickup service to most hotels. If your hotel does not have a pickup service, they will give you the nearest meeting point. For Tulum hotels the meeting point is Hotel Andreas. Tulum does not have a hotel pick-up service. Drop off to Tulum for operational reason is in a public transportation. Our staff pay the ticket for you.
