The Day of the Dead in Mexico is a day to honor and pray for loved ones who pass on. Once our altar is finished, we will delight ourselves with a traditional meal, savoring the exquisite dishes that honor our loved ones 31 October. This day you will have the entire morning free, to explore the city center and the surrounding area on your own. We will meet at 7 pm and immerse ourselves in an exciting experience by visiting the most emblematic Cemetery of the region, visiting the General Cemetery, the Cemetery of Xoxocotlán and the Cemetery de Atzompa, where we will witness the moving 'evening' in honor of the deceased. We will feel the essence of the traditions while we observe how families decorate the graves with flowers, candles and food, creating a space of remembrance and celebrations. We will be ending around 1:00 am (next day) in your hotel or Airbnb.
