Agustín Gusto grew up surrounded by aromas and flavors that captured his heart bite by bite. Along with his father, he traveled on numerous occasions throughout Mexico and on his travels he allowed himself to be conquered by new smells, colors and flavors. Many years later he returned to Valladolid and wanted to tell us about his experience in his restaurant.
