First quality cuts of meat with a high degree of marbling are prepared with the Robata Japenese technique; USDA prime, Black Market, Japanese Wagyu, and of course certified Kobe Beef.
It has a wide selection of Japanese sake and whiskey, as well as a mixology menu that includes creative cocktails that combine homemade infusions, edible fruits, and flowers with natural flavors and fresh ingredients.
