Relax and sip refreshing margaritas as you chop, sizzle, and simmer through the afternoon! With easy-to-follow instructions from our Guide, you’ll prepare eight authentic Mexican recipes, including bottomless drinks, appetizers, main dishes and a dessert.
This cooking adventure leads to a fulfilling meal, perfectly satisfying without being too heavy.

Upon arrival, participants are greeted by the Guide and receive a brief overview of the class. You’ll then follow step-by-step guidance through each recipe, actively participating in the process while enjoying drinks and learning the culinary culture of Mexico. The experience finishes with a shared meal, featuring all the dishes cooked during the class.

Sample Menu
1. Guacamole with Pico de Gallo
Creamy avocado with tomato, onion, cilantro and touch of serrano chili. Served with handmade tortilla chips.
2. Mini sopes with refried beans and fresh cheese
Thick corn masa rounds topped with beans, cheese, cream and salsa.
3. Classic green salsa
Green sauce made from roasted tomatillos and dried chiles (such as de árbol, morita or pasilla)
4. Mexican street corn (esquites)
With mayo, cheese, lime and chili powder - a classic street snack in Mexico City
5. Tostadas with Chicken tinga or mushrooms
Crispy corn tortillas with a smoky tomato-chipotle stew.
6. Jamaica water
Refreshing hibiscus water made with local dried fl owers.
7. Mezcal-margarita with gusano salt
Lime margarita made with mezcal served with artesanal worm salt.
8. Fried corn quesadillas
Stuffed with Oaxaca cheese (or not) and the stew of your choice: tinga, mushrooms or huitlacoche -mexican truffle- (only in season)
9. Arroz con leche
Creamy rice pudding made with cinnamon, milk and Mexican vanilla.
10. Sweet potatoes in piloncillo syrup (camote en tacha)
Soft sweet potatoes simmered in raw cane sugar syrup with cinnamon and clove.
