- Pickup at your hotel or nearest meeting point. You may travel in a van or a bus, depending on the size of the group. We use vans (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) or buses (Irizar Scania I9) depending on the demand of the activity. You will be refused access to the activity on signs of intoxication, with no refund issued. Children under 4 years old with a maximum height of 39 inches (100 cm) can join the activity for free. All refunds for cancellations made before 24 hours (1 day) will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total value of the amount paid due to operating expenses. Please watch your belongings; we're not liable for lost items. A 500-700 Pesos fee applies for returned items delivered to Cancún hotels. For other locations, collect at our office. For customers in Tulum: unique meeting point is the 'Super Aki Supermarket'. If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the specified meeting point.
