The tour begins at the Metropolitan Cathedral with panoramic views over the Zócalo. Next, visit Antiguo Colegio de San Ildefonso, where Frida attended high school, an architectural landmark.
Continue to the Museo Vivo del Muralismo at the SEP headquarters, featuring Diego Rivera’s mural series “Corrido de la Revolución Proletaria” (1923–1928). Notably, the mural “En el Arsenal” portrays Frida handing out weapons, representing her role in the workers’ movement.
You will then pause at a restaurant serving traditional Mexican cuisine, where you may purchase lunch (cost not included).
