On this full-day tour, you will discover the legendary Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and an obsidian workshop. Start your tour in Tlatelolco, a key archaeological site in the city, where you will discover the secrets of its ancient temples, its fascinating history, and the terrifying legends involving human sacrifice and mass graves. Next, you will visit the Guadalupe Shrine, located in the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, where you can see the cloak bearing the image of the Virgin and learn about the profound religious and cultural significance of this site, famous for the apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe to an indigenous Mexican. Visit an obsidian workshop, where you will learn about this ancient craft and enjoy a tasting of tequila, Mexico's most famous spirit. At lunchtime, you can choose between two different dining experiences (depending on the schedule and optional). One option is a traditional lunch at a local restaurant, ideal if you are looking for a more convenient and varied choice, accompanied by a typical atmosphere featuring Mexican music and dance. Alternatively, you can opt for a more authentic experience with a traditional Mexican barbecue, prepared in an earthen oven using ancient techniques. This option also includes a visit to the Toltekani Craft Center, where you will participate in a Mexica energy harmonization ceremony and taste typical drinks such as pulque, tequila, and artisanal spirits. Finally, you will travel to the majestic Teotihuacan Pyramids, one of the most impressive sites in Mexico. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will explore the Pyramid of the Sun, the largest in Mesoamerica, and walk along the Avenue of the Dead, learning about the history of this ancient religious city. You will also see the Temples of Quetzalpapalotl, the Temple of the Feathered Shells, and the Pyramid of the Moon.
