Try 4 different spirits, including Mezcal, Tequila, Sotol, Raicilla, Bacanora, Lechuguilla, Pox, Tuxca, Mexican Whiskey, Mexican Rum, any other Agave Spirit, or any other Mexican Spirit that we happen to stumble upon. Learn about the history, background, and details of processing per spirit; dive deep into the expressions and profiles each spirit carries; and discover two techniques to taste Mexican spirits.
