Visit and breakfast at Hacienda Santo Tomás (250 years old). 2.5 hours of horseback riding through the countryside, diverse landscapes, and beautiful views Visit Hacienda Montecillos (a 400-year-old pulque hacienda with cultural and historical significance). Main meal (typical and regional dishes, all fresh and seasonal with options for vegetarians). Pulque and mezcal tasting (ancestral fermented drink made from maguey or pulque agave).
