It is very important that you arrive on time. The museum operates with strict entry schedules, and late arrivals may lose their reserved access without the possibility of rescheduling or refund. Due to heavy traffic in Mexico City, we strongly recommend planning your trip in advance and allowing at least one hour of travel time to reach the museum, depending on your location. Once inside, you’ll explore the museum independently at your own pace.
