Enjoy an exceptional culinary experience in the heart of Mexico City, guided by a certified professional chef. The tour starts from the moment we pick you up at your hotel, as it includes round-trip transportation, so you can enjoy every moment without worries. Each stop includes a guaranteed tasting, and the portions will be adjusted to the size of the group, ensuring that everyone enjoys each flavor in a comfortable and balanced way. Our first stop is the most exotic market in Mexico City, where you'll discover a huge variety of fruits from all over the world, exotic cheeses, Spanish baguettes and tapas, various cuts of meat, and authentic pre-Hispanic food. Here you can also enjoy exotic fresh waters, made with unusual ingredients. Then we'll head to a traditional pulquería, one of the oldest in the area, where you'll taste natural or cured pulque, enjoying an experience deeply linked to Mexican roots. The next stop is an iconic taqueria specializing in cochinita pibil tacos, known for its authentic flavor and traditional preparation. Then we'll head to a historic and very popular churrería, where you'll taste freshly made churros along with delicious tacos al pastor. We'll head to the first traditional bakery, famous for its variety of sweet breads, handmade cookies, and homemade jellies. Later, we'll visit the second bakery, one of the oldest in the Historic Center, where you'll taste traditional tamales prepared in the classic Mexican style. Our culinary tour continues in front of the Zócalo esplanade, where you'll visit a legendary taco basket stand, considered one of the city's most iconic. Then, we'll head to another spot known for its traditional suadero tacos, also in an iconic location in the area. Later, we'll explore Mexico City's small but vibrant Chinatown, where you can try traditional Chinese snacks and enjoy its multicultural atmosphere. Throughout the tour, you'll admire the most iconic monuments and buildings of the historic center, while learning historical facts and fun facts in a clear, entertaining, and professional way, without having to enter the venues. You'll have time to take photos on this tour that mixes the city's gastronomy and historic architecture.
