Celebrate independence month as millions of Mexicans do with this chile en nogada cooking class and festive dinner.
Discover the fascinating story behind one of Mexico's best-loved dishes before rolling up your sleeves and preparing it yourself using fresh seasonal ingredients at the beautiful Condesa home of your chef/guide.
Around two hours later, use Mexican Independence Day paraphernalia and serveware made by local artisans to prepare a picture-perfect table, then dig in to a delicious sweet-and-savoury poblano pepper stuffed with protein, fruit and nuts and served with a creamy walnut sauce and garnish.
Dietary requirements will be accommodated, and Mexican red wine and soft drinks will keep you hydrated throughout the experience.
