The tasting takes place in the private El Tapatio Educational Tasting Room, a former butcher shop turned speakeasy, open only upon request. This intimate setting offers a genuine cultural exchange with a bilingual agave sommelier guiding the experience.
Throughout the tasting, specialized glassware enhances the flavors as you sample 6 tequilas and 5 rotating mezcals accompanied by a hearty Mexican dinner and refreshing pairings. The host selects only spirits personally tested and appreciated, with no commercial affiliations.
