Description

Your tour begins with hotel pickup in Mexico City at the scheduled time. You’ll travel to the Teotihuacan archaeological zone, where you will visit the Pyramid of the Sun, Pyramid of the Moon, the Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl with its distinctive reliefs, and the Avenue of the Dead. Next, you will visit a local workshop to observe traditional obsidian stone crafts and learn about regional materials including the maguey cactus.

A buffet lunch is served at a well-regarded restaurant in Teotihuacan. After lunch, you will return to Mexico City to visit the religious sites of La Villa de Guadalupe. This includes the New Basilica, the Old Basilica, Tepeyac Hill, Cerrito Church, Pocito Church, and an offerings area. The tour ends with transportation back to your hotel.
