Learn rappelling from scratch and experience a different adventure near Mexico City. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the basic principles of rappelling as you learn to use the gear, adopt the correct position, and make descents in a progressive and controlled manner. Before starting, our guides will explain how the gear works and the basic safety measures. You'll then do practical exercises to gain confidence before tackling the descents. No previous experience is needed. The activity is designed for beginners and for those who want to have their first experience with the vertical world in a natural environment. In addition to learning a new skill, you'll enjoy an outdoor experience that's ideal for getting out of the routine, overcoming new challenges, and sharing the adventure with other people. The necessary gear for the activity is included.
