This tasting highlights the diversity of mezcal varieties, including Espadiín, Destilado de Chocolate, Cuixe, Tepeztate, Mexicano, and Papalometl agaves. Each mole and mezcal pairing showcases locally produced, handcrafted ingredients rooted in Oaxacan culinary heritage.
