Description

Meet your guide and travel by boat to a private chinampa, a sacred floating island. Begin by working together to prepare the space—gathering wood for the fire, harvesting fresh produce, and setting the stage for the healing process.

As the ceremony begins, raise your voice in song to initiate the Rapé ritual. Then enter the ancient Temazcal, undergoing four cycles of steam-based renewal and healing.

Between each cycle, take breaks designed to ensure comfort and grounding, especially for those new to the intensity of the sweat lodge experience.
