Description

Your journey begins with pickup from your lodging, where you will receive water and a snack for the trip. The ride to the site takes about one to two hours, during which you can rest or ask questions.

Upon arrival, the tour starts with a warm-up to prevent injuries before walking into the forest. Throughout the hike, the guide shares the location’s history, myths, and reasons behind the monastery’s presence in the forest.

At the former convent, you will explore the rooms and gardens. After the visit, a typical local lunch is available nearby but not included in the price and must be paid separately. If possible, you can also try pulque, a traditional Mexican drink.

The group then returns through the forest to the vehicle for the drive back, giving you time to relax and rest on the one to two-hour return trip.
