When you visit the Frida Kahlo Museum (Blue House), you will immediately be immersed in the atmosphere that surrounded the artist. Tour her rooms and discover her personal belongings, her famous self-portraits, and photographs that tell her story. Explore the studio where she brought her art to life and stroll through the gardens that inspired many of her works, while the digital guidebook shares intimate stories and interesting facts about the lives of Frida and Diego. Your admission ticket also includes the Diego Rivera Anahuacalli Museum, Diego Rivera's stunning collection of pre-Hispanic art. If you choose the Casa Kahlo Museum (Red House), you will discover a recently opened cultural space focused on Frida's family history and personal origins. Located in the heart of Coyoacán, the Casa Roja offers a contemporary and intimate look at the influences that shaped her life. Through selected exhibits, multimedia resources, photographs, and personal items, you can explore her childhood, her relationships, and the experiences that inspired her powerful work, revealing a more intimate side of the artist beyond her public image.

Important Information

• Please note that the Casa Kahlo Museum (Red House) is a different museum from the Frida Kahlo Museum (Blue House). The Red House is a recently opened exhibition space and is not the artist's former home. Your Frida Kahlo Museum ticket will also be valid for visiting the Anahuacalli Museum. Clients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time in order to gain entry to the museum. If a visitor does not arrive on time, the museum reserves the right to allow or deny entry. The price of the entry ticket may vary depending on the day of the week and the season. Children 6 and younger are complimentary.
