The tour begins with breakfast at Hacienda Santo Tomás, established 250 years ago. You then ride horses for 2.5 hours through diverse countryside landscapes offering beautiful views.
You will visit Hacienda Montecillos, a 400-year-old hacienda known for pulque production and cultural significance. The main meal features fresh, seasonal, regional dishes with vegetarian options.
The experience includes tastings of pulque and mezcal, traditional fermented drinks made from agave. You will also visit a private collection related to Charrería, Mexico’s national sport. The entire tour is located just one hour from Mexico City.
