• By order of the Mexican government, it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: full name, weight, and health conditions. Please also note that if you weigh over 100 kilograms (220 pounds), there will be an additional charge for each extra kilogram. The maximum weight per person allowed in the balloon is 330 pounds (150 kilograms). Customers will be dropped off at the same meeting point, although they can stay at the Basilica if they wish and return on their own whenever they like. The duration of the flight may vary slightly depending on the weather conditions. The itinerary is subject to minor changes.
