• Tickets are provided in person on the day of your visit. Please meet our hosts before entering the museum. Museum entry is scheduled 15 minutes after the listed start time. Late arrivals may lose their reserved access without refund or rescheduling. Due to heavy traffic in Mexico City, we recommend allowing extra travel time to reach the meeting point. The museum visit is self-guided. Photography inside the museum may require an additional permit payable on site. Entry times are assigned by the museum and cannot be modified once confirmed.
