Check out Calle Salvador Novo esq. Miguel Angel de Quevedo, where you'll see the studio and the house where this writer lived. You'll also visit the Watercolor Museum with a guided tour through the works and have a brief introspection activity while having a drink in the beautiful museum café, surrounded by a beautiful garden. You'll also see the immense and beautiful houses, such as the Casa de Dolores del Río, a famous actress from the era of Mexican Golden Cinema. Walk along Calle de Francisco Sosa, a very nice street in the neighborhood, and the National Phonoteca (Closed on Saturday and Sunday) where you can spend a moment in the Sound Garden and listen to voices from the past in the Audioteca. Visit the exterior (or interior for an additional cost, select the corresponding option) of the Casa Fortaleza de Emilio el Indio Fernández. You can shop at the stores along the way. Visit Plaza de Santa Catarina, Callejón del Aguacate (where there are no avocados), the Church, and the Casa de la Cultura, where you can take beautiful photos. At the end of the tour, you can eat at the Fonda Sta. Catarina with beautiful views of the Garden. Food, shopping, drinks, and snacks are at your own expense.
