Description

This cooking class offers an immersive experience in making two of Mexico’s iconic mole dishes from scratch. Hosted in a charming Condesa residence, your expert chef and guide will introduce you to the extensive range of Mexican moles before guiding you through hands-on preparation.

You will cook manchamanteles, a mole featuring pineapple and plantain instead of chocolate, and a refreshing green mole made from crisp green leaves. You will also prepare fresh corn tortillas to accompany your dishes.

The class lasts approximately two hours, after which you will sit down to enjoy the dishes you have prepared using locally-made dinnerware. Mexican alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout.

Dietary requirements can be accommodated — communicate any restrictions after booking to ensure the best experience.
