Begin your tour at the Chapel of Jesús Nazareno, where Hernando Cortes' remains lie. Continue to the Monument to Mexican Identity at the Zócalo, featuring the eagle devouring a snake symbol perched on a cactus.

Explore the Zócalo esplanade, admiring the National Palace, before entering the Metropolitan Cathedral. Inside, view 16 chapels and the tomb of Mexico's first emperor, Agustín de Iturbide.
