Visit the Mole Doña Elena factory, owned by Elena Estrada and Felipe Garibay, pioneers in the business and the art of mole in the town of San Pedro Atocpan, a community that today is mostly dedicated to mole and is the main producer of this dish in the country. Learn about Doña Elena's story from her grandsons Felipe and Matias. You will also have the opportunity to taste the main types of mole produced in the Mole Doña Elena factory: Mole Especial, Mole Almendrado, Mole Verde, Adobo, among others.
