Begin your experience in the heart of Mexico City's Historic Center, where you'll receive your bicycle and safety equipment before setting off on a guided ride through some of the city's most iconic streets, neighborhoods, and landmarks. Along the way, we'll stop at a traditional local market to purchase fresh ingredients and discover the products that are the foundation of Mexican cuisine. We will then head to a local home, where you'll take part in an authentic hands-on cooking class using traditional techniques and fresh local ingredients. You'll learn how to prepare three iconic Mexican dishes, make traditional molcajete salsa, authentic guacamole, and handmade corn tortillas from scratch. To complete the experience, you'll enjoy a tasting of ancestral mezcal, refreshing horchata, and delicious mezcal cocktails.
