Forget the touristy cooking class. This is your chance to step into an exclusive and private setting just moments from Paseo de la Reforma and spend a few delicious hours learning the secrets behind some of Italy’s most iconic dishes.
This experience was born in Milan, Italy — the home of Italian food culture — and we wanted to bring that same passion for authentic Italian cooking to Mexico City.
Your instructor has trained and gained experience directly in Italy, and during the experience you'll learn traditional techniques, practical tips and the little details that make the difference between simply making pizza or pasta and making it the Italian way.
And yes, the ingredients matter.
For this experience, we source selected Italian ingredients directly from Italy, specifically chosen to recreate the flavours and textures you would expect from an authentic Italian kitchen. These are not simply generic products carrying an Italian-looking label — we want you to experience the difference that authentic ingredients and traditional preparation can make.
You can choose between two delicious options:
Pizza, Wine & Tiramisu
Learn how to prepare authentic Italian pizza from scratch, working with the dough and discovering the techniques behind a properly made Italian pizza. Then, finish on a sweeter note by preparing your own classic Tiramisù.
Pasta, Wine & Tiramisu
Get hands-on with fresh pasta and discover how Italians transform a few simple ingredients into something extraordinary. Learn the fundamentals of preparing and shaping pasta before finishing with a homemade Italian Tiramisù.
Please note: the group must choose the same experience option. If you're coming with friends, a partner or family, everyone in the booking will participate in either the Pizza & Tiramisu or Pasta & Tiramisu experience.
And of course, the best part comes at the end: sit down, taste what you've created and enjoy the experience together.
