Your adventure begins before dawn with a private pickup at the Ángel de la Independencia, where you'll settle into the comfort of a luxury Infiniti QX60 SUV. In less than an hour, the city gives way to the pine forests of the Ajusco, the extinct volcano that crowns Mexico City.
