El ambiente es agradable y sin pretensiones. La madre de Vázquez Lugo, María Elena Lugo Zermeño, quien abrió el restaurante en 1957, todavía revolotea entre las mesas cubiertas de blanco conversando con los clientes mientras su hijo trabaja en la cocina.
