Quebracho was founded in May 2004 by a group of friends as a new concept for Parilla Argentina in Mexico.
Its creation began the development of a new restaurant corridor on Río Lerma street, in Colonia Cauhtémoc, half a block from Paseo de la Reforma.
The success of this creation made it possible, at the end of 2005, to open two new branches: Satélite and Condesa. Later the Hamburg branch in 2010, and our last opening in the south of the city in 2015 with a completely renewed concept.
