Try these drinks and learn about them: their production processes, the type of agave, and the difference between mezcal and tequila. End with some authentic samples of totally bajamed ceviche considered the best food truck type food in Mexico. Taste three different mezcals and tequilas to distinguish the difference in types of agaves. In Mezcal, same would be the type of agave, Espadin (horizontal tasting) and types of reposados in Tequila, blue agave: blanco, reposado and añejo (vertical tasting) same label. This magical trip also ends with some locally made ceviches, typical of our Bajamed food considered the best in Mexico.
