Embark on an interactive chocolate workshop and wine tasting. Meet on a quiet and beautiful seaside terrace at Stingray Beach where you will be welcomed with a chocolate martini.  Then, learn all about the history, ancient Aztec, and Mayan processing techniques of chocolate. Make your own chocolate bar using traditional ingredients and techniques that are still used today by the Mayans.  After creating your own chocolate bar, ignite your palate as you discover the incredible pairing of different flavors of chocolate and red wine. At the end of your tour, shop from a large variety of chocolate products.
