Description
8:00 a.m. Meet at Avenida de la República #154, Col. Tabacalera, in Mexico City, leaving the fast pace behind to immerse ourselves in the tranquility of Morelos.
Our first stop is Tlayacapan, a place where time seems to slow down.
Renowned as the birthplace of the chinelo, here tradition isn’t just told… it’s lived.
We’ll walk through streets steeped in history until we reach the majestic former Convent of San Juan Bautista, a 16th-century gem that holds art, spirituality, and centuries of legacy in every corner.
But Tlayacapan isn’t just for observing—it’s also for creating. In an authentic pottery workshop, you’ll have the chance to connect with your hands, mold the clay, and bring a unique piece to life. It’s an intimate, creative, and deeply human moment.
Afterward, enjoy free time to lose yourself among colors, crafts, and local flavors.
The journey continues to Tepoztlán, embraced by mountains and enveloped in an energy that many describe as magical. It is said that Quetzalcóatl was born here, and a simple stroll through its streets is enough to understand why this place has something special.
We’ll visit the traditional market, full of aromas and life, and the iconic Convento de la Natividad, where history and spirituality meet.
Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore at your own pace, discover hidden corners, or simply sit back and enjoy the moment.
6:00 p.m. As evening falls, we begin our return to the city, but something lingers with you: the calm, the inspiration… and the feeling of having had an experience that goes beyond a simple trip.
